Responsibilities
- Analyze and determine the nature of the submitted cases ,clarify the legal aspects and make the necessary recommendations.
- Analyze the subject of the submitted complaint , collect its data, make the necessary recommendations and submit them to the concerned authorities.
- Proposing future policies for work from a legal point of view and preparing draft laws, regulations and instructions.
- Organizing agreements and contracts, analyzing them, and making recommendations related to their compatibility or violation.
- Prepare documents and reports related to the search of cases and save them in their database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Law.
• 2 years experience in Law & Regulations.
