Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.
2. Manage demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability.
3. Oversee procurement activities, supplier sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiations.
4. Monitor inventory performance and implement initiatives to reduce stock shortages, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
5. Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
6. Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth import and export activities.
7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure service quality and reliability.
8. Track and analyze supply chain KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization across the supply chain.
10. Collaborate with Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, Finance, and Product Development teams to support business requirements and product launches.
11. Develop risk mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity and minimize operational disruptions.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and international trade regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CIPS are preferred.
