Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives to strengthen brand positioning and increase market share.
  • Oversee all aspects of brand management, advertising, promotions, PR, digital marketing, social media, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Lead customer insights and market research to anticipate consumer trends, inform product development, and shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including e-commerce marketing, CRM, and omnichannel customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, sales, operations, and e-commerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive footfall and online conversions.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and accountability.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and report marketing effectiveness to senior management.
  • Cultivate external partnerships with agencies, media, and influencers to enhance brand reach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the retail sector.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive retail environment.
