Job Title: Owner Representative - Hospitality Management
Role and Responsibilities
- Providing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports analyzing the financial performance of all hotel properties.
- Daily Report

- Monthly Report
- Quarterly Report
- Yearly Report
- Forecasting and benchmarking against leading hotels and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure maximum profitability.
- Revenue maximization and cost optimization to improve operational performance.
- Review and approve of the annual budgets and capital expenditure for both hotels.
- Qualitative growth is the RevPAR boosts, expense reductions, and guest review score increases
- Participate in a risk/benefit analysis related to the property improvement plan.
- Analyzing and optimizing synergies between the two properties.
- Assessing the competitive environment to improve the positioning of both hotels in their respective submarkets.
- Providing an analysis on the online pricing strategy of both hotels to implement the optimal packaging offers and maximize revenue.
- Review and approve the strategic and marketing plans; and monitor the management company practices and the management agreement terms were enforced.
- Managing the asset providing monthly, yearly, and ongoing management and financial advice and benchmarking relating to the performance of the asset.
- Managing and reviewing the development and approved annual operational and capital expenditure budgets.
- Developing, updating and implementing a marketing strategy and plan to improve performance, exposure, occupancy and ARR performance.
- Approve and assist with the recruitment of key staff and management.
- Identifying and implementing performance improvement plans.
- Represent the owner working with the Operator forecasting budgeting and monitoring expenses.
- Enhance and consult the operators in promotions, Marketing campaigns.
- Assure the Operator is utilizing the asset properly and maintain its value.
- Work with Hotel GM, Finance Manager and HR manager on the reputation of the premises.
- Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
- Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
- Review and prepare reports on Operator performance for senior management.
- Managing the asset valuation and assure incremental valuations.
- Inspect property conditions and coordinate maintenance activities
- Manage budgets, accounts, rent collections and tenant notices
Qualifications
- MBA in Hospitality, CHAM (Certified Hotel Asset Manager)
- 10-15 years experience
