Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the content creation and office teams, ensuring efficient and effective workflow
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize team productivity, enhance content quality, and improve overall operational efficiency
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and teamwork
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Identify and assess potential risks to the department's operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to develop and execute business plans and strategies
- Represent the company externally and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- Must be willing to be hands on with all functions of the business
- Experience creating start-ups is a plus
- Background in Entertainment is a plus
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
