Responsibilitie
- Contribute to the design and implementation of PMO policies and procedures covering all areas of activity
- Supervise day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement

- Establish working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements
- Contribute to the preparation of progress reports directed to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress
- Actively gain exposure and insights to local market development, business opportunities and the existing regulatory landscape
- Attend related forums, seminars, etc. to enrich network and learn about the latest developments and opportunities
- Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching of subordinates
- Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow
- Promote a high-performance working environment embracing the organization’s values
- Develop standardized project management methodology, governance framework, templates, and tools to be implemented across all projects within the organizaion to ensure consistency
- Coordinate with concerned stakeholders to identify strategic initiatives and facilitate their development (i.e., identifying risks, assigning roles, etc.)
- Prioritize projects under relevant programs based on set criteria and focus on projects' interdependencies to resolve issues, resource constraints, and conflicts
- Manage projects planning (i.e., sequence of activities, budget estimate, timeline, communication schedule, risks, and mitigation planning) and satisfy all predefined prerequisites in coordination with concerned functions
- Approve key performance indicators (KPIs) to be tracked during projects for performance monitoring
- Build and maintain relationships with external service providers as needed to support in developing and formalizing project scope / plans
- Manage the implementation of projects within program ensuring compliance and successful delivery against set KPIs and plans
- Review progress of handled programs to ensure adherence to projects' plans and requirements
- Manage the development of periodical project management reports ensuring efficient communication and reporting
- Ensure that projects at risk and underperforming projects are identified and analyzed, and recommend risk mitigation plans and manage execution accordingly
- Manage project change requests (related to project scope or budget) and provide approvals as necessary
- Review project closure reports to ensure adherence to quality standards and project scope
- Conduct impact assessment post-project closure to identify whether objectives are achieved, and extract lessons learnt
- 6+ years of experience in a Project Management field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required
