Description
Responsibilities
- Release of Purchase Orders: Issue purchase orders for materials, components, and services based on approved requisitions and inventory requirements
- Communication with Suppliers: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring clear communication regarding orders, specifications, and delivery schedules
- Follow-Up on Purchase Orders: Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues
- Confirm Delivery Times: Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and communicate confirmed delivery dates to relevant internal departments
- Maintain the stock of regular items
- Update the safety stock of regular items
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, cost savings, and inventory status for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in supply chain or related field
- +3 years of experience
- Excellent Arabic and English Communication
- IT skills : email, Excell, power point
