Description
Responsibilities:
 
  • Oversee all aspects of the shared office’s daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of space and services.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring team alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved promptly.
  • Continuously improve the customer experience through feedback, innovation, and quality service delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and maximize occupancy rates.
  • Manage sales and marketing initiatives to promote the shared office space and drive revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue streams, such as hosting events, workshops, or partnerships.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the office's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and state-of-the-art facilities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance the office environment.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability through effective financial management.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports to the CEO, including revenue forecasts and performance analysis.
  • Develop and execute a long-term vision for the shared office space to align with company objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and innovative solutions to stay competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
  • Maintain high-quality standards across all areas of operations, from cleanliness to technology.

Requirements: 
 
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial or operational role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong background in operations management with a proven ability to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Knowledge of technology infrastructure design, implementation, and execution.
  • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial planning, budget management, and performance analysis.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
