Description
Responsibilities:
- Conducting extensive research on companies and industries to gather relevant and insightful data.
- Identifying, extracting, and analyzing information from diverse and credible sources.
- Conducting interviews with companies and other organizations to collect accurate and comprehensive information.
- Ensuring timely and accurate data collection in alignment with research guidelines and standards.
- Providing in-depth coverage of company profiles, ensuring thorough and detailed analysis.
- Preparing comprehensive reports and documents that detail company profiles and industry insights.
- Meeting research targets as assigned by the team lead, consistently delivering high quality results.
- Offering proactive support for internal initiatives and collaborating with different departments as needed.
- Taking full ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring accountability and quality.
- Organizing, storing, and analyzing data efficiently, with a strong emphasis on security and confidentiality
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in research or related fields.
- Experience in research, KPOs, banks, or publications is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Studies from a reputed institute.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in questioning and listening.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, timeline-driven environment.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and energetic, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with maturity and flexibility.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to contribute to the firm’s goals and mission.
