Description
Responsibilities
 
  • Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and staff, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Organize and maintain office records, files, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and assist with office events, meetings, and company functions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with external service providers, such as maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
  • Manage office-related contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the office and between departments.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as announcements and updates.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

Requirements 
  • + 3 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
