Requirements
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including ordering and inventory control.
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and staff, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Organize and maintain office records, files, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and assist with office events, meetings, and company functions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
- Coordinate with external service providers, such as maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
- Manage office-related contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Facilitate effective communication within the office and between departments.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as announcements and updates.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Requirements
- + 3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong problem-solving skills
