Description
Responsibilities
  • Reviewing analytical studies related to human resources needs to determine the quality of workers, their professional levels, and their experience.
  • Reviewing private or government employment policies and recruitment policies to ensure accuracy and speed of matching the characteristics of the required and available job opportunities of the workforce.
  • Preparing specialized documents and reports related to workforce planning, presenting appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions, presenting them, clarifying them, and preserving them in its database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
  • Preparing a plan to match the size of the workforce supply (job seekers) and the size of demand (job offers), following up on its implementation and evaluating its results.
  • Review the general budget policies and their executive frameworks and work to develop them in accordance with the regulatory and legislative regulations and in coordination with the relevant external authorities.
  • Establishing guidelines, standards, and mechanisms for monitoring the state budget in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Preparing budget implementation instructions and sharing it with the budget department to circulate them to government agencies.
  • Reviewing proposals submitted by various organizational units with government agencies regarding amending and developing policies related to the general budget.
  • Developing policies and regulations related to jobs, and job grades in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
  • Participate in drafting the financial and administrative regulations for new entities and centers.
  • Participation with the Ministry of Human Resources in workforce placement committees in government agencies.
  • Participation with the Ministry of Human Resources in committees related to workers’ compensation and workers’ allowances, structural studies for government agencies, whether they are related to the establishment of a new entity, cancelation, merger or restructuring.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4+ years experience in the field.
