The Senior Recruitment Officer is responsible for collecting and categorizing recruitment needs, posting jobs on recruitment channels, updating recruitment
database, executing hiring activities, developing needed material to conduct onboarding sessions, and executing reports to depict talent acquisition activities
Responsibilities

Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes in line with leading practices

Establish working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders

Collect feedback from internal stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements

Contribute to the preparation of progress reports directed to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress

Keep abreast of latest trends and developments regarding recruitment practices to define recommendations for improvement and ensure smooth implementation

Collect and categorize recruitment needs from internal functions to support in recruitment planning

Conduct research to identify appropriate sourcing channels and accordingly develop list of potential applicable channels

Post jobs on respective recruitment channels, in line with defined requirements, to ensure dissemination of vacancies to a large audience

Support in CV and phone screening, in line with defined guidelines, and shortlist candidates who meet specified requirements of low-level positions

Coordinate with concerned stakeholders to draft preliminary schedule and contact applicants for job interviews

Update recruitment database with the status of all applicants, based on screening outcomes, to ensure proper referencing and tracking

Execute hiring activities including employee records creation, visas, residency permits, email creation, access cards, and so forth, in coordination with internal functions ensuring timely completion

Coordinate with Facility Management function to provide new employees with needed office space and supplies

Develop needed material to conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new joiner's integration within culture and work environment
- Develop reports to depict talent acquisition activities, highlight areas requiring improvement, and capture lessons learnt
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition field
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent is required
