Responsibilities:

• Initiate and lead human capital, management and placement projects and programs. 
• Study the result of analysis the gathered data by researching through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause. 
• Provide advice and recommendations to the clients to improve the practices and to resolve the issues. 
• Execute and implement activities if needed for example activities related to the company CEO. 
• Identify and ensure project scope in placement projects as needed such as timeline, positions, requirements, number of vacancies then set the appropriate plan. 
• Qualify the projects outcomes and evaluate the deliverables before submitting date.
