Requirements
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
- Collaborate with senior management to provide insights and recommendations for business growth and profitability
- Analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform strategic decisions
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning
- Monitor financial performance, identifying and addressing any variances from budgeted targets
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize financial performance
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to regulatory bodies, investors, and other stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and policies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices
Requirements
- + 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Background in real estate
- Experience in funding, cash flow and real estate funds
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
