Description
We are seeking a professional Project Sales Specialist to join our team. The role is responsible for developing sales with government project contractors and housing projects, as well as building long-term relationships with key project stakeholders to ensure company products are approved and to increase market share.
This role requires a field-oriented personality, technical understanding, and strong ability to manage complex relationships within project environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell company products to government project contractors and housing projects.
• Build strong relationships with:
• Project Managers
• Site Engineers
• Procurement Departments
• Technical Offices
• Follow up on technical product approvals with consultants.
• Monitor purchase orders and supply processes until the full sales cycle is completed.
• Maintain continuous field presence at project sites.
• Resolve customer issues during supply or execution stages.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Technical Skills Required:
• Knowledge of the full project cycle from pricing stage to supply and payment.
• Ability to provide technical alternatives (Value Engineering) when required.
• Understanding of contract basics and payment terms (LC – LG – Retention).
Sales Skills:
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to sell based on value, not only price.
• Professional and consistent follow-up on long-term sales opportunities.
• Experience in managing key accounts.
Personal Skills:
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong personality and professional presence.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Qualifications and Experience:
• Preferably experience working with government project contractors or major construction companies.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
