Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Managing various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR practices to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards.
- Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and labor law.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field
- +6 years of experience
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Labor Law
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
