Description
Career Objective: Develop and implement marketing strategies that support the company's growth objectives in collaboration with management and departments. This involves creating plans to achieve these goals, promoting brand identity across target channels, and collaborating with the sales manager, IT director, and business development manager to analyze marketing campaign performance and its sales impact. Ensure consistency of creative messages with the brand and select brand ambassadors for optimal results. Additionally, contribute to developing electronic platforms, enhancing the digital customer experience, and guiding the marketing team for optimal performance and audience interaction.
 
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in line with the company's objectives, in cooperation with the relevant departments. 
2. Develop policies, procedures,and operational processes that ensure the achievement of marketing objectives. 
3. Conducting the necessary research to follow the latest technologies and provide recommendations on the latest technical solutions for marketing 
4. Managing the marketing budget in cooperation with the financial department and ensuring effective distribution between the different units. 
5. Analyze market data and guide marketing strategies based on the results of the analysis. 
6. Building and strengthening the institutional, visual,and verbal identity of the brand in cooperation with the concerned units. 
7. Develop monthly, quarterly, annual,and seasonal marketing plans that include products, offers, advertisements, and marketing content. 
8. Develop and implement public relations plans that contribute to improving the company's image and enhancing awareness of it 
9. Managing media crises by developing an effective response plan and providing appropriate statements
10. Coordination with the media to organize positive interviews and media coverage.
11. Supervising the planning and organization of marketing events, exhibitions,and conferences 
12. Determine the objectives of each event and work to achieve them in coordination with other units
13. Follow up on the implementation of the event in the field and ensure smooth coordination between the participating teams 
14. Ensure the desired marketing impact of the event and enhance the brand's presence 
15. Follow up and approve all designs and creative content to ensure their compatibility with the visual identity and marketing messages 
16. Adopting the visual identity guide and supervising compliance with it in all publications. 
17. Review marketing headlines and content to capture attention and convey the intended message. 
18. Oversee digital campaigns across various channels such as social media, advertising, email, and search engines 
19. Develop and track performance indicators (such as traffic, interaction, conversions, 
average order value...) 
20. Review your digital content plans and ensure they are consistent with the brand's voice and target audience. 
21. Supervise the production, distribution, and dissemination of advertising content in all internal and external channels (blogs, videos, graphics...) 
22. Supervising the relationship with influencers and brand ambassadors and ensuring their commitment to the company's messages and identity, and evaluating their performance. 
23. Analyze the overall performance of campaigns and make development recommendations. 
24. Develop performance evaluation criteria based on key performance objectives and indicators (KPIs), and conduct periodic evaluations of team performance. 
25. Participate in the recruitment process and select the right team members through job descriptions, interviews, and candidate evaluation. 
26. Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management on the performance of management.
27. Perform any other tasks within the scope of the Department's work.

Requirements:

• Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Journalism, or a related field.

• Certifications/Licenses:

  • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) – Level 6
  • Diploma in Professional Marketing
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

• Work Experience:
More than 5 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
