Key responsibilities

 Production and supply chain

 • Own end-to-end production planning across the full Organization range, including the unified luxury bottle 15ML, 30ML, and 75ML formats and Discovery Set products.

 • Manage relationships with bottle suppliers, packaging suppliers, fragrance oil sources, and contract manufacturers; negotiate terms, manage lead times, and ensure consistent quality.

• Maintain a rolling production forecast aligned with sales projections and seasonal demand patterns including winter peaks for Heritage and Diriyah and summer peaks for Aqua and Sunshower.

• Source and qualify ingredient suppliers, with particular attention to authentic Taif rose, oud, deer musk, and other heritage ingredients that define the Organization olfactive identity.

• Lead the bottle architecture transition from legacy formats to the new 15ML, 30ML, and 75ML lineup with the unified luxury bottle design.

Inventory management

 • Own master inventory across all channels: DQ Store boutique, Saudi retail partners, B2B and B2G accounts, Shopify DTC, and future international channels.

• Maintain channel-level stock visibility and prevent both stockouts and overstock; set safety stock levels appropriate to each channel's velocity and lead time.

 • Manage SKU rationalization decisions in partnership with the CEO, including the phase-out of cancelled formats and the introduction of new sizes. • Lead inventory audits, manage shrinkage, and ensure accurate inventory data flows into financial reporting.

 Fulfillment and logistics

• Operate the order-to-delivery flow for all channels: replenishment shipments to retail partners, B2B and B2G order fulfillment, and DTC order processing.

 • Manage logistics partnerships including domestic Saudi distribution and increasingly regional Gulf shipping and international fulfillment.

• Establish customs, import/export, and regulatory compliance protocols for Saudi production and international shipping, especially for fragrance products. Quality control

 • Define and maintain quality standards for finished product including bottle integrity, label and packaging quality, fragrance consistency, and shelf-life adherence.

• Implement quality control processes at production, receiving, and pre-shipment stages.

 • Manage product recalls or quality issues with clear escalation protocols and customer communication coordination.

 Business systems and infrastructure

 • Own and continuously improve operational systems: ERP or inventory management software, order management, vendor management, and operational reporting.

 • Implement scalable systems and processes ahead of growth so operations support international expansion without becoming a bottleneck.

 • Document standard operating procedures across production, inventory, fulfillment, and quality.

 • Generate operational reporting for the CEO and Finance leadership including production yields, inventory turnover, channel-level fill rates, and supplier performance.

 Team building and leadership

 • Operate as an individual contributor in Year 1 with cross-functional influence; build the operational foundation single-handedly.

 • Hire and develop the Supply Chain Manager in Year 2 to take on day-to-day inventory and logistics ownership.

 • Build out production and quality leadership in Year 3 as organization's scale demands specialized roles.

 • Establish operations as a respected, well-run function contributing to a culture of operational excellence.

Required experience
• 5-8 years of operations experience in luxury consumer goods, beauty, fragrance, or premium FMCG.
• Demonstrated ownership of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations for a multi-SKU brand.
•Track record of building or scaling operations functions in a growing business; comfort with both hands-on execution and longer-term planning.  Experience managing third-party manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and ingredient sourcing relationships.
•Strong analytical and systems-thinking capability, including comfort with inventory forecasting, supply chain economics, and operational reporting.
• Experience operating in or with the Saudi Arabian market, including familiarity with local regulatory requirements, customs, and supplier
ecosystem.
Preferred experience
• Background at a niche fragrance house, luxury beauty brand, or premium lifestyle company in a scale-up phase.
• International operations exposure, particularly experience supporting brand expansion into the United Kingdom or wider Europe.
• Direct experience with the unique operational requirements of fragrance products: alcohol regulations for international shipping, fragrance product classification, hazmat compliance.
• Experience implementing or migrating ERP or inventory management systems at a brand similar in scale to organization
