What You’ll Own:
  •  Build and scale end-to-end operations (credit, collections, customer ops, support)
  •  Turn strategy into execution — fast
  •  Design lean, tech-enabled processes that scale
  •  Drive unit economics, efficiency, and profitability
  •  Ensure compliance with SAMA while keeping speed and agility
  •  Lead, hire, and inspire a high-performance team
  •  Partner closely with the CEO to drive growth and expansion

What We’re Looking For:
  •  Proven operator in fintech, financing, or digital banking
  •  Someone who has scaled operations, not just managed them
  •  Strong grip on credit, risk, and lending lifecycle
  •  Data-driven, hands-on, and execution-focused
  •  Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
  •  Builder mindset > corporate mindset
