Description
Responsibilities
 
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Internal Communications policies and procedures covering all areas of activity
  • Supervise day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Establish working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements
  • Contribute to the preparation of progress reports directed to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress
  • Actively gain exposure and insights to local market development, business opportunities and the existing regulatory landscape
  • Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching of subordinates
  • Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow
  • Promote a high-performance working environment embracing the organizations values
  • Guide the development of change management dashboard to track progress against developed plan and oversee measurable targets monitoring
  • Develop and manage organizational change roadmap and plans including key objectives, processes, and resources to ensure clear direction for target state
  • Develop the organization’s employee value proposition (EVP) highlighting the authority's strength and competitive advantage, in coordination with concerned functions
  • Evaluate EVP to highlight opportunities for improvement and accordingly ensure appropriate updates are made to HR plans
  • Develop internal communications plan and conduct periodic revisions and evaluations to highlight areas of improvement
  • Oversee internal communications channels and tools establishment ensuring smooth integration into HRMS
  • Plan, organize, and manage internal events for the organization’s employees to enhance engagement in line with defined objectives
  • Review internal communication reports and develop needed corrective actions / improvement measures to enhance internal communication across the organization

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in an Internal Communications field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or equivalent is required
