Description
Responsibilities:
 
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the content sales team, account managers, campaign managers, and client coordinators.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of all tasks and processes within the teams.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the team members to help them excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and drive business objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of campaigns, sales initiatives, and client management processes.
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals for team members.
  • Monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as the central point of communication between various departments to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Continuously analyze and refine workflows, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of Esports and Entertainment trends to guide the team and inform strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for team members to evaluate progress and set development goals.
  • Provide constructive feedback and implement training programs where needed.
  • Ensure transparent and effective communication with stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and team members.
  • Establish quality standards and ensure all deliverables meet or exceed them.
  • Regularly review team performance and outputs to maintain excellence.



Requirements: 
 
  • 8+ years of experience in operations management, team leadership, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing diverse teams and delivering successful results.
  • Experience in Esports or Entertainment is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and campaign tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams with diverse skill sets.
  • Ability to manage conflict resolution and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-evolving industry like Esports and Entertainment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
