Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies, plans, and initiatives to achieve departmental or organizational objectives related to security documents, biometrics, digital ID, and IAM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for projects related to identity management.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members across all four functions, ensuring the quality and integrity of deliverables
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on outcomes to senior management and key stakeholders
- Identify and address issues, risks, and barriers to project success within the Identity Management Unit, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Identity Management Unit and across the organization
- Serve as a subject matter expert in identity management, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to support business development and growth opportunities related to identity management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge in IAM solutions, Biometrics and Physical Access, Digital ID
- A strong background in identity management solution, IAM Standards, Frameworks, best practices and tools
- Fluency in Arabic and English
