Description
Responsibilities
  • Implements studies of environmental scanning “Internal & External” through identifying indicators that affect operating models at the client’s organization.
  • Supports in conducting research, surveys, and interviews and analyzing data to gain insights into the business.
  • Craft business methodologies according to client’s requirements, data, size, type, and scope to upgrade their infrastructure maturity level.
  • Based on the Client’s needs, designs and develops HR Practices such as “Organization structure, structure mandate, Job designs, etc.…”
  • Assess possible strategies and tools that will be used by presenting the pros and cons of each methodology.
  • Conducts research about the optimum organization design that will support the client’s vision.
  • Creates and updates job descriptions taking into consideration the client’s Strategic Direction, Structure & reporting lines, Departmental Objectives, and Responsibilities Leveling and demarcation.
  • Designs Competency by having full awareness of company values, Department's Competencies & behavioral indicators, developing related assessment forms and reporting the progress and transformation phase.
  • Translates organization strategy into organization operating models as well as defines the needed practices that support the model.
  • Presenting findings to clients using charts, graphs, and other visual aids such as PowerPoint presentations.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years experiences
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • strong business acumen
  • Excellent in English.
