Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop risk management strategy, framework, and annual plan identifying objectives, standards, governance and reporting mechanisms and forward for concerned stakeholders for approval
  • Consolidate researched content to select appropriate methodologies and tools to be used in risk identification process
  • Develop risk management templates for enterprise risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities
  • Define stakeholders' accountabilities and responsibilities to support in the definition of risk management governance and reporting mechanism in coordination with concerned stakeholders
  • Establish the Risk Management Capability Model to fill gaps or improve capabilities in key areas of risk management
  • Ensure all needed training materials and logistical arrangements are present for conducting workshops in coordination with concerned stakeholders

  • Conduct business impact analysis to understand contingency resilience and the impact on key business processes
  • Conduct interviews / workshops with relevant functions and document outcomes to support in identifying critical path and process risks
  • Develop comprehensive list of events, situations, or circumstances to highlight any issues impacting the achievement strategy and objectives
  • Identify and prioritize critical risks in line with risk management plan, methodologies, and tools and in coordination with concerned stakeholders
  •  

Other Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Risk Management field
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management or equivalent is required
