Description
Responsibilities
 
  • Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes in line with leading practices
  • Establish working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Collect feedback from internal stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements
  • Contribute to the preparation of progress reports directed to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress
  • Consolidate and analyze data from research to support in the development and definition of international relations strategy
  • Support in developing international relations plan by reviewing relevant documentation and data in line with set guidelines and procedures
  • Assess and evaluate existing international relationships in line with the organization strategy, policies, and guidelines and forward to concerned stakeholders for decision-making
  • Conduct international entities' profile analysis based on reputation and desired relationship's objectives and list potential entities to cooperate with
  • Review gathered information and documents on target entities to ensure proper communication during initial contact and meetings
  • Collaborate in initial contact with target entities and attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the development of MOUs
  • Draft discussion points, priorities, and decisions derived from meetings and draft MOUs for new agreements
  • Review existing MOUs in line with procedures and policies and identify gaps in order to specify required improvements / update
  • Support in defining action plans against defined priorities to achieve international relationships' desired objectives
  • Analyze requests and disseminate statistical data and metadata to international organizations in coordination with internal concerned functions
  • Share statistical products including documents and reports in line with international relations strategy and action plan
  • Participate in joint committees to update international statistical methodologies based on new or amended methodologies
  • Participate in international statistical conventions, conferences, and symposiums to promote the exchange of statistical information
  • Organize official delegation visits' logistics to the organization in coordination with concerned international entities
  • Evaluate addressed requests in line with pre-set policies and resolve highlighted issues
  • Monitor MOUs performance against defined KPIs and highlight risks and gaps
  • Follow up on implementation of action plan in coordination with concerned stakeholders and develop report accordingly

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in an International Relations field
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy or equivalent is required
