Description
Responsibilities 
 
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Strategy and Organization Excellence policies and procedures covering all areas of activity
  • Supervise day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Establish working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements
  • Contribute to the preparation of progress reports directed to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress
  • Actively gain exposure and insights to local market development, business opportunities and the existing regulatory landscape
  • Attend related forums, seminars, etc. to enrich network and learn about the latest developments and opportunities
  • Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching of subordinates
  • Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow
  • Promote a high-performance working environment embracing The organization’s values
  • Review The organization's strategy and goals to understand all strategic pillars and accordingly define Organization Excellence programs priorities and requirements
  • Lead workshops with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize Organization Excellence programs development / update initiatives
  • Develop Organization Excellence methodologies and tools to improve processes and quality management
  • Design business process quality management programs, initiatives, and KPIs in line with international standards and best practices to continuously improve the operations
  • Review and finalize set initiatives for the implementation of The organization's business process quality management programs and related KPIs  and evaluate program effectiveness on an annual basis
  • Manage the design and update of methodologies and tools for business process mapping, analysis, and redesign to ensure process standardization
  • Identify the need for policy and process development / update based on approved Organization Excellence Programs to ensure proper program implementation and define policies and processes development plan accordingly
  • Review developed business process catalog ensuring relevance and alignment of content with concerned functions and policy / process development needs
  • Supervise the development and continuous improvement of The organization's policies, processes, procedures, and forms in coordination with functions in order to improve practices, and ensure consistency and abidance with relevant rules and regulations
  • Set KPIs for business processes design and manage the development of related quality control measures to ensure optimal operational efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Manage Organization Excellence initiatives and processes automation and integration in coordination with process owners and Information Technology function to guarantee internal stakeholders’ access
  • Monitor support in the automation processes with the concerned department as per the approved budget
  • Develop quality management guidelines, tools, and plans including scope, schedule, timeline, and concerned stakeholders to assess quality and compliance of business processes
  • Review and assess quality reports to ensure compliance with Organization Excellence and quality standards and tools and provide support for internal stakeholders in the development of action plans to address non-compliance and improvement opportunities
  • Monitor the implementation of continuous improvement plans and needed corrective actions on a continuous basis to ensure adherence with due dates and management decisions
 Qualifications and Requirements 
  • 6+ years of experience in a Organization Excellence field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required
