- Analyze and report the local ecosystem for shipbuilding activity.
- Cross-categorize a list of items used for different projects.
- Scan the market and develop an approved local suppliers list for each item category.

Follow up with potential local suppliers to supply items with the required specifications.

Follow the internal process for technical approval of items, including testing or third-party certification.

Ensure that local suppliers have the necessary capability to meet our requirements for each item.

Identify the localization rate and value for each item and equipment.

Contact potential international suppliers and discuss the possibility of manufacturing in the local market.

Collaborate with procurement to negotiate prices, best terms, and conditions, and finalize local supplier contracts.

Monitor and ensure compliance with the required supply chain localization rate for each project.

Manage the collection and supply of acceptance criteria and update the localization crediting value for each project.
Requiremenets:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in supply chain management, localization, or related fields.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of the shipbuilding industry and related supply chain processes.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in project management and supplier relationship management.

Minimum 10 years in shipbuilding, production, and supplier development.
