Description
Responsibilities:
- Familiar with the onboarding process.
- Handling HR operations such as (attendance, leaves, and holidays)
- Handling GOSI and all related forms.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes end employee evaluation.
- Organizing staff training sessions and activities.
- Administering health insurance programs.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Handle the recruitment process from publishing to onboarding
Other Requirements:
- Proven work experience in the HR field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills
- Knowledge of HR functions (performance appraisal, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Knowledge in Menaitech Softwear
