Description
Responsibilities:
  • Familiar with the onboarding process.
  • Handling HR operations such as (attendance, leaves, and holidays)
  • Handling GOSI and all related forms.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes end employee evaluation.
  • Organizing staff training sessions and activities.
  • Administering health insurance programs.
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Handle the recruitment process from publishing to onboarding 

Other Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in the HR field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of HR functions (performance appraisal, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Knowledge in Menaitech Softwear
