Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans based on organizational workforce needs.
  • Supervise and guide the recruitment team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with department heads.
  • Post job vacancies on suitable platforms (job boards, social media, etc.).
  • Manage the candidate screening process, conduct interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person), and evaluate applicants.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient hiring decisions.
  • Maintain and update a strong talent pool database for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and diversity & inclusion standards.
  • Prepare periodic recruitment reports and provide insights to HR management.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
