Description
Responsibilities
 
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  •  Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  •  Prepare weekly and monthly reports of sales objectives and results.
  •  Coordinate with fintech team on all matters related to installment payment methods for customers.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  •  Follow up received leads from Toothpick CMS.
  • Visit dental clinics and potential dentists to check their needs and promote Toothpick products and services.
  •  Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  •  Generate leads using online social media platforms as well as through traditional marketing (e.g. Facebook & calls).


Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in both English & Arabic.
  •  Proficiency in sales techniques and in strategy development.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
